Absentee Management
Ads for this apartment complex list A/C as an amenity. Not true, or not in all units. And management is mostly absent and/or unavailable. Definitely not worth the high rent!

Wonderful onsite Management
I lived their for for at least 6 years. I loved my apartment. I was on a first floor apartment with no second floor. It was like my little house. I could grow flowers or pots of vegetables on my little front yard or on my Covered Patio. I hated to move but my health turned and had to go into assisted living which I hate. I am hoping to get back on my feet and hope to be able to move back. I guess I should not have raved so much about the place. It may never have a Vancancy.

Quiet, friendly neighbors
Upon driving into these 55 complex's, you get a feeling of "home."
Well kept landscaping, and you can even personalize your little front yard. Close to shopping, and the bus line. small club house, 2 laundry facilities on site, a community BBQ and other gatherings for socializing, if you choose. A personnel garden area, pet on approval.
Clean 1 & 2 BR's, some with garages. I love it here! Going on 3 years.
