Black mold everywhere. No proper ventilation. When told about mold management tells you to open a window. That doesn't work when it's the dead of winter and you're taking a shower.

We have a new manager Irma and she is really making an effort to make this complex a better place to live! She started working as an onsite manager in May 2018 And has taken several classes on managerial skills and classes on how to improve your tenant/landlord relationships etc... She is available and in her office at all times posted on manager door and has already made many changes snd improvements in her short time here! The grounds have been cleaned up and she stays on top of this and many… issues that were a problem in the past but no longer with her constant and professional skills as North Park Apartments new onsite manager!
She has also put into place a website for all tenants to use with their own personal pin to pay rent using visa or master-card to put in any work orders for repairs, complaints or comments snd this site keeps tenants informed of the current crime in the area and news! Read More

Apartment is covered in mold in the walls ceiling and carpets floors were soft and falling through front door and sliding door was rusted because of the air flow and moisture that came through every window had mold no matter how many times we cleaned it. No matter how many times in the two years we lived there nothing got done about it. When we first moved in our bathroom ceiling exhaust fan wasn't even connected to an air duct so our bathroom molded. Our fence post by the gate was broken as… well as the main board going across the fence and they did a crummy bandaid job with a shorter board that didn't even go the length of the fence and it was still just as bad. Management is extremely unprofessional. And have absolutely no problem giving you a 24 hour eviction. This place is an absolute dump. The housing is covered in mold. She does the bear minimum to the landscape. There is always crime in this area. The neighbors have zero respect for smoking rules and noise levels. And the landlord never returns phone calls, nor does she respond properly to complaints. Please do not rent here it was the biggest mistake we made.
