Quiet, pet-friendly, and comfortable

I have lived at Summit View for the past 2 years or so. It’s a great complex, very quiet, within walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and other necessities. They keep it well maintained and my maintenance requests have always been taken care of promptly. My apartment has a lovely patio overlooking a grassy area and I get many birds at my feeders. The appliances and “look” of the interior apartment are a little old fashioned, but it is functional and comfortable. A wonderful... place to live!

Beautiful Setting

Management is attentive and quick to respond to requests, professional and welcoming. Mature trees surround the property, landscaping is professionally done, close to downtown and shops.

Great Location!

This property is close to all shopping and the freeway. Even though it is off of commercial st , the apartments are on a hill so the view is great and less noise and traffic in and out. It has been very pleasant to live at and I would recommend this place to anyone.
