Fires and thefts; nothing done about either until the fire marshal is called - and then the apartment that called as immediately given a no cause eviction. I saw it pinned to the door even as moments later the manager was also ripping someone else a new one for visiting. I've talked to several remnants and all need repairs but won't say anything because the manager treats others that have asked, aggressively. She does this because she knows she won't get in trouble; she's the owner's sister.... They also raised rent but only give new move ins the updated appliances. They never repair anything, fire Marshall just had to force them to bring at least 15 items up to code which is probably a good deal why that little boy died and less than 6 months after , another fire.
Dont complain either. They'll no cause evict you if you do. Dont like it leave. Thats the mentality. Laundry machines are down 6 plus months , appliances are 1980s scrap yard pick ups that maybe work 40% and then only 60% of the time. Theft is rampant, they are well aware and also aware its... people in the complex robbing others here...they don't do squat to change it. Again don't like it leave is the mentality.
They'll leave dumpster trailers outside your window for months stinking up your place which with no a/c in the summer is just magical. There's no real nice outside areas due to dog crap , trash, food debris everywhere. Landscaping is never done. Again complain and they'll no cause evict you. Read More
