The Court Yard

These apartments are perfect for people who are looking for a modern, minimalist vibe. Everything is brand new and it's very quiet...we seriously couldn't hear other people in the building and could only hear the road when we went on the patio. They are bigger in person than they seem in pictures and have GORGEOUS countertops and wood floors.

I like that they include utilities and their management was professional and friendly. Sandy helped us with all of our questions and made us feel like we… were already home. They were wearing a mask the whole time and sanitized everything which makes me feel safer because its so rare for a landlord to actually care. Lol, our last one actually let us live in mold, so hand sanitizer was a welcome sight and they had an extra mask when mine broke which was so sweet of them.

There is a lobby and lounge area but they don't have other amenities on site. Since my husband works down the street we honestly prefer the location anyway, even without a gym. There is gated parking on site and secure access which is such a relief given the state of the world these days. It's so nice to see a small luxurious community in a desirable part of town (they mentioned there were something like 45 apartments); I was worried we would end up in one of those giant noisy complexes but I am relieved there are options like The Courtyard.

This place really is a little hidden gem in the best location, we love our new home SO MUCH. Read More
