Don’t move here!!

Right off the bat, the apartment has chewed up door frames and dings everywhere. Broken temperature gauge on the fridge so everything freezes. I had payment set for automatic payment. It didn’t go through because there was an error with them making my account and it said no bill to pay. We created a new account and I asked them multiple times if they were going to charge me a late fee and they didn’t answer. They charged me a late fee for their system not working properly.

Overall good experience

I lived here from 2020-2022 and honestly really enjoyed my time here. Parking was easy, the pool and hot tub were really nice, and maintenance was always prompt and helpful. The gym is small, so I would still have a gym membership, but it is nice for occasional use. If you like saunas, the sauna is great, and we also enjoyed the racquetball court. We never had any issues with bugs or mice. The online portal for maintenance requests and paying rent was easy to navigate. My rent did not increase… in 2021, but it was going to increase by $200 in 2022. However, I still found the price to be a good deal. I would recommend living here.

We love our apartment

The application move in process was a hassle, but after 4 months, we love living here. The managers are quick to assess any complaints, and maintenance is quick. The handle on our dryer broke the first day we were here, and maintenance fixed it same day. The area is quiet despite being near busy streets. We rarely hear our neighbors. Great amenities.

Horrible

The parking so so bad that they tow your vehicle if it doesn't move for a few days. Towed 3 times. They don't even contact you.

Hello, we have a strict parking policy at Willamette Estates that allows all residents to park their registered vehicles in legally marked spots. If your vehicle is not operable, is in disrepair, parked illegally or in another residents covered… parking area we will and can tow immediately.
