The buildings are covered in moss and soot, fireplaces don't work. Parking is a joke. These places are falling apart. Our heaters dont work properly, our windows are old, the fireplace never worked.. We literally had maintenance in on a monthly basis. Market that.

We loved living at Brentwood Estates. It is a quiet and clean complex. Perfect apartment living for those with animals as its one of the few places that have a fenced area. Shopping is very close by, and
the freeway is also right around the corner! We will miss our townhouse apartment!
