Terrible management
It took 5 months to get my deposit back and that's only because I took them to small claims. They claimed to have not received my move out form yet sent me a statement (to my new address) of what my deposit returned would be 2 weeks. after I moved out. Then they changed their story to they sent it in December. February rolls around and that's when I took them to court because I still hadn't received it. Their maintenance guy leaves doors unlocked after attempting to do plumbing. He also gets... other tenants to do his job when he can't. The pool was filthy because he can't be bothered to clean that either. Angela stands by EVERYTHING their employees do instead of having standards. My storage door never got a lock in the 2 years I lived there, 3 different leasing agents because I would quit on Angela too.
