They can’t even manage the trash. Get more dumpsters for this property. Residents are tired of seeing garbage overflowing all the time. The problem isn’t that people from outside are dumping trash here. It’s simple math. Count the number of units and compare it to the size and number of trash bins. One small dumpster isn’t enough for everyone who lives here. Instead of locking the bin and making excuses, fix the actual problem by adding more dumpsters or increasing the pickup frequency.
