Save Your Money

Staff is slow to respond to serious issues. Things are always broken and the paint is literally so thick the walls are sticky. You can hear anything and everything from next door and below. There are some serious safety issues like people banding on doors, making threats and smoking in front of apartment doors. We’ve called security and police a number of times since living here. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love it!! Robert was so great and so is Jordan. They made the app and move in so smooth. I genuinely appreciate Robert for helping me this place is a gem. I’m usually pretty reserved with how I report but it has been a dream living here. I genuinely love it

Quick and efficient I submitted a request to have my garage door fixed and the maintenance team was out within a few hours to check on the issue and schedule a repair man. The issue was resolved within the next day.
