My Stay I really loved living here, close to everything, pool, hottub (usually), and just a fire area. It’s got its quirks like every place but I genuinely loved my time here.

Renewal process Felt pressured into a renewal when I started getting emails back in March to get a better rate. After I renewed and submitted. I was told I’d get a copy. Never received one but was told by new manager after I called the office that it’s on my portal and they don’t email us or send it to us. I’m suppose to already know it’s on my portal. I renewed another year to get a response like that. This can be better communicated. I’ve been a tennant for years and was always notified… when my lease was ready.

Beautiful Surroundings The Timbers is located with lots of trees a small lake with waterfall and very nice management.Very nice apt community.
