Horrible ! Save yourself some time and don’t lease here
Horrible apartment complex. I had mold all over the bathroom and even encountered mice problems which was notified to the office and all we got back was “sorry everyone is on vacation” we had to deal with our mice problem ON OUR OWN. Please save yourself time and money and NEVER RENT HERE

Very poor
Unresponsive staff, water is leaking into the apartment and possible damaging the foundation underneath, things are constantly breaking, and on top of that they offered to extend our lease at a price far higher than what others are paying. It doesn't make sense. The delivery hub is never locked which leads to stolen packages too. It just hasn't been a good experience here, I hope things improve.

Not the greatest
This place is a joke, nobody is ever working in the office so it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone. We lived there for 10 months and the first day we moved in the carpet started coming up and there were nails sticking out of the floor and we put a maintenance request in that day and it was never fixed that entire 10 months we were there. The apartments have electrical issues you can barely run any power without it popping the breaker. They refused to give rental history out until we put our... 30 days notice in. Parking is a joke! Seems that every neighbor had like 5 cars so there were never any open spots.

Maintenance is a joke
Called maintenance for two different things and both times I got no call back. One time I spoke with a receptionist who told me someone would call me back in the morning... A month later still no call!! Had to have my dad fix my toilet and dryer for me.
