A review for Village by the Green
Overall living at Village by the Green is quite ideal. The grounds are neat and well maintained, and the apartment rent is reasonable. My nice balcony apartment is "home base" that satisfies all needs plus being in a quiet part of town and conveniently near businesses, services, and the freeway. Since Village by the Green is a multi family apartment complex, there can be some juvenile disturbances on the grounds, but Nina, the site manager, is diligent and responsive to all complaints made about... raucous behavior or damage caused by certain children. Any outsider trespassing or vandalism over the years has been infrequent and is not of undue concern. Rent includes garbage disposal but does not include charges for water and sewer, and renters pay their own PGE costs. Living at V/g for me has been a good choice.
