Mill Grove Apartments

I’ve lived here for two years and both winters have had horrible property management. They take too long to clear snow from sidewalks, thrown down some salt and call it a day and do almost nothing to the parking lots aside from driving a plow straight down the middle. Appliances are old and will only be replaced after multiple repairs. Rent increases are unreasonable. Do not recommend.

Possibly the most lazy management team around, when they aren’t cleaning house and putting in more incompetent staff.

Everything is drafty, no privacy, hear your neighbors using the toilet and gargling daily…things break constantly and never ever repaired.
High crime, no security like any modern managed company should have.
Vandalism, drugs, violent groups of kid’s roaming the complex, etc.
Go elsewhere and save the move out fees to cover their remodeling expenses for the next sucker.

I appreciate that they keep the complex very clean and it is typically very quiet and peaceful throughout the day. There is also a trail in the rear of the complex that is nice for walking or biking.

Though the apartment is well located, but the friendliness shown while signing the lease was not there the very next day. The head of the maintenance staff is so rude. He can put you down to any level. Office staff always has standard reply "everything is from head office"; they can save money by having some automated system. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Money minded people, check the apartment thoroughly for all kind of infestation and damages before moving in even if management says all are checked and good. The worst management ever who charges you for everything, even for damages or infestation that was already present in the apartment. Don't ever believe whatever they say. They charge you double the money for all kind of issues which you are not responsible of. Be careful to rent a property from this apartment.
