Great Overall

It is well kept, and maintenance is on top of things immediately if there is any issues you may have. Everyone is pretty quiet during the nights, which is ideal for me as I am a nursing student. The property manager Justin is very friendly, as well as maintenance man Craig. Since i'm not from Pennsylvania, they were very welcoming and a big help to getting me situated to the area. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who is new to PA.

great maintenance workers!

when i first moved in i was not able to get here as on time due to horrible traffic and the whole step of the way everyone was more then accommodating . Shout out to Craig! who even after the fact they had to wait around for so long, he still even helped me lug a huge table up at one point without me even asking. besides this, whenever i need anything work wise done they are able to respond with friendly and accommodating services. The outside of the building also looks amazing because they… constantly upkeep the painting and keep its charm. the seven eleven is a little busy but it is handy next door incase you need some super quick items . After all that said, the actual building neighbors are really quiet and respectful . plus i believe the hard wooden floors is so much older they are thick and walls are solid as concrete. so i recommend if your a single tenet because of the safe neighborhood with a dog and have to walk around at night or just dogs in general, you wont hear them bark.

Great experience

I just moved out of the Hardy House but really enjoyed my time there. The apartments are very nice and the location is very convenient if attending Saint Joseph’s University. Over all I highly suggest these apartments.

Your Own Slice of Paradise

This Woodward Properties rental is likely one of their best locations. Conveniently located to the 76 freeway & route 1. Plenty of nightlife, some of Philadelphia’s best offerings are very close. Saks 5th Ave. it’s near beautiful St. Joes University campus. Any time I have a request for maintenance the response is immediate.
