Awful Management
Copying from my google review because they don't deserve my effort:
It's terrible. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can leave. Management doesn't care about anything that happens and they're rarely on site. 99% of phone calls and messages go unanswered. When you DO get ahold of someone (Other than Brittany, she's very polite), they're rude and don't want to help. Residents park in the handicap spots and visitors spots constantly and management doesn't do anything about it.
Winter was even... worse because most of the apartments ended up with leaks, damages, and other issues. The repairs were invasive and extensive—also inconvenient, because our apartments had to be available to them even when we weren't home. The company doing repairs also had workers who were stealing items in apartments/packages at the mail boxes from multiple residents and, again, management couldn't be bothered.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I am counting down the days until I'm out of here. Look literally anywhere else if you want a decent place to live.
