Affordable non smoking housing for income qualified households. All households will be accepted or rejected for occupancy based on our Tenant Selection Policy. All households' gross income must fall below limits set by the Low Income Housing Tax... Credit program to qualify for initial occupancy. Lawn care and snow removal provided. Off street parking. Playground, basketball hoop and laundry room on site. One year lease. Security Deposit and References required. NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
