I'm actually very displeased with the customer service, or lack thereof.
Historically, I've given my last 2 places of residency at least 6 months to a year before giving a review, however, I've been so unsatisfied that I feel the need to do it earlier for Meetinghouse. I've been a tenant for 60 days. In June, before moving in in July I did a walk through of my specific unit citing various places they needed repairs or cleaning in comparison to the unitI was shown during the tour in February.... My unit was dirty and a lot of patchwork had been done rather than complete repairs but it was well documented with 6 weeks before move in. After 6 weeks it was time to sign the lease, but the day of lease signing the repairs still had not been completed. The leasing consultant cited short staffing so he went in himself to do some of the basic repairs however the apartment still had not been cleaned leaving me to do it (in addition to standard move in cleaning). There was paint spilled everywhere-- on the glass doors, in the tub drain & base, in the sink, on the carpet, down the walls ...you name it. However spots of normal wear and tear like railings had not been touched up so the wood was exposed. (They later touched it up with yellow pain that doesnt match). The only thing that was clean was the new carpet and fridge. The stove was sticky with old cooking grease.
I requested repairs and cleaning again...here we are 60 days later and Its still not done due to staffing. I've requested it 5x. My master bathroom toilet doesnt work and the seat has wood exposed from prior tenants (a toilet seat costs 20 bucks to replace but they didn't), I don't have a door bell, the stove frequently smells of a natural gas leak (one would think is a safety hazard but not Meetinghouse), something from previous tenants in the washer turns all clothes blue no matter how many times I've cleaned it so I have to go to a laundromat.
My welcome letter had to be corrected 3 times --this should has been a flag for me but they were friendly and the reviews seemed okay. No one mentioned the CSX train that runs through the complex every two hours either (but if your toilets flush as loud as mine, the train wont bother you.)

This isn't a terrible place to live, but definitely not the fanciest. The management team is lacking the ability to reply to emails in a reasonable time or if at all. They have poor communication skills. They're nice, but can be very frustrating. Maintenance won't come to work on an issue at a particular time; they want the whole 8 hr work day to respond if it's not an emergency. If you don't want them in your apartment without your presence, make it known on the request. Otherwise they're... good. The grounds are pretty well kept except there is a lot of dog poop all around because a lot of lazy people have can't pick up after their dogs. For the living space and rent and location it's fine

I've been here 3 months and I can honestly say it was a decision that I don't regret. I have a couple of things I would change if I could 1 would be that the pool stay open longer 2nd would be that my neighbors dog didn't get so excited when his owners came home but I understand . And I also liked my leasing agent she helped me out with all my paper work and lease signing.

My apartment is good for a starter place to live. My particular place is a smaller unit so there is not much storage or kitchen space. The employees and maintenance are a bit of a nuisance. They send letters about when they are coming into the unit to change batteries in smoke detectors or cleaning outside but they do not always stick to the time and date indicated which is difficult because my girlfriend and I work full time. Our unit is very close to the train tracks so that can be very loud... at times. I would recommend getting a unit away from the tracks. The front end staff is very nice though. I will say that they to try but personally I am not completely satisfied. I can only comment on my apartment so there may be others who do not have some of these problems. I hope this helps!

Apartment is spacious, well taken care of--staff very personable - very cold - heat bill high for apartment of this size. Has own individual entrance which is a hugh plus.
Although dogs allowed, dog park on site , pet friendly relatively new so long time residents do not like pet policy. Makes for very stressful living for you and pet.
