Terrible Management
This landlord allows absolutely anyone to live here and break multiple sections of the lease. I had a neighbor move in next door and immediately my side of the duplex reeked of marijuana for hours everyday. She screamed and carried on at all hours of the night and her dog barked at every creak in the floorboards. She took him
outside with no leash constantly, despite all of these things being listed in the lease. Landlord did nothing about this. I tried to break my lease to leave but their... beyond misleading wording of the lease caused it to be even more of a hassle. this landlord does not respect tenants right to a quiet environment and will do nothing to enforce it as the issues kept happening. Not to mention the apartment i was given has severe water damage issues in the kitchen that were not amended, the garage is unusable, and the walls are paper thin. only redeeming quality is the maintenance man does a good job. do not rent here.

We want to be very clear that we do not “allow absolutely anyone” to reside in our communities. All applicants go... through a screening process consistent with our rental criteria and fair housing standards. Once residents move in, they are expected to comply with the lease just as you described.
Regarding concerns such as odor, noise, pets, or lease violations — we can only take formal enforcement action when issues are properly documented and verified in accordance with landlord-tenant law. While we cannot discuss details of another resident’s tenancy publicly, complaints are taken seriously and addressed through the appropriate legal process when substantiated.
We understand how disruptive persistent noise or odor can feel, and we do strive to maintain a respectful and peaceful living environment for all residents.
With respect to maintenance concerns, reports of water damage, garage functionality, or other repair issues are addressed through our work order system. If any items were reported and not resolved, we would absolutely want the opportunity to review that further. We are glad to hear our maintenance technician made a positive impression — we take pride in our service team and appreciate that acknowledgment.
Lease language and early termination provisions can sometimes feel complicated, but they are structured to remain compliant with state law and applied consistently across all residents.
