I got approved, and was told that I would move into a certain unit. She never sent me the welcome letter. It was like pulling teeth getting in touch with her after I was initially approved.
Based on my experience and another review on here, here is my speculation: They approve multiple individuals for one unit, this way if one backs out they have a fallback.

The lady giving the tour was very sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and told me to stay in contact if I needed any help with the application. At first everything was good but she then began to stop communicating. I asked was I approved or was something wrong on my end ( like credit, background checks, etc). Maintenance here is horrible! You have a problem don’t worry maintenance can give you another !!! They will also never do anything they say ! They send out newsletters asking people to give good reviews so they can give out prizes ! Straight up horrible if my mother hadn’t passed I would have moved out after 1 year

my mother lived here and they asked her to move out one month before the lease was over stating that if she left she was going to get her deposit back and then after she leaves they keep the deposit giving her the excuse that the blinds were broken the same blinds that were broken when she first moved in there, the place is very old and you can tell even when you walk in the hallways and apartments

Its spacious and very calm community. Easy access to stores and the highway. great maintenance service.
