1400 Main

I have lived and tolerated 1400 Main Apartments for a little over 8 years. The location, community, events, maintenance staff and Tanner are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I've again experienced unethical behaviors and now understand the unethical lease clauses. Previously, I reached out to AJH management several times , left several messages to report some of my experience and present to them all of the documentation I have, only to be completely ignored. Therefore, I have recently moved... out. Upon moving I actually took the time and sent them some videos of concerning issues I found. In great hopes that they will do the right thing for every ones well being. 1400 Main has so much potential, the location is perfect and the neighborhood vibe could really have a positive effect on future residents lives. That being said, if the owner of 1400 Main Apartments would ever be inclined to clean this place up, I'd love to help!!! Read More

The leasing office staff are amazing, very honest, respectful, and understanding. The amenities are all great, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. There is a wide range of ages that live here. Great place if you have a dog as well!

Staff are always friendly, the property is well maintained and kept clean, pool area and courtyard are nice, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Residents are friendly.

Cons:
-Thin walls which seems to be the norm now with newish buildings. Sometimes have to sleep on the couch.
-People driving too fast inside the parking garage and the turns never seem wide enough to accommodate two vehicles passing each other at the same time, so always paranoid about getting hit every time I see... someone coming around the corner.
-No functioning buzzer system to let guests in, which requires one to walk downstairs. Read More

Staff are always friendly, building is well maintained and kept clean, pool area and courtyard are nice, location is good and convenient to I79. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Residents are friendly for the most part.

-People driving too fast through the parking garage and the garage doesn’t seem wide enough around the turns to accommodate all of the SUVs and trucks in today’s world, so always paranoid about... getting hit when someone comes around the corner.
