Anything but Luxury

We moved in back in March and have been unhappy since. No water hook up in the garage, only one outlet in the entire garage, cheaply built; we can hear everything that goes on in the unit beneath ours and everything shakes when you walk through the apartment. Grotesquely over priced for what they are and what they offer which is nothing.
Worst part is they will charge up your 3 months rent if you decide to move out before the end of your lease. Plus they will turn around and rent the unit out… and make double rent on the unit.
Be careful before you decide to choose here because you are not getting what you pay for at all.

60 day exit warning

This complex is ok but not luxury.. make sure you give 60 day notice or they charge you and there are no excuses…we had COVID and an intense real estate market with no wiggle room We were prompt payers didn’t complain and still they didn’t care…..they charged us the months rent regardless and they immediately sent a harsh move out letter to us..

Awful. Simply, awful.

These "luxury" condos come equipped with no working a/c, water that pours under front door and garage (causing mold), and an old drunk guy who goes through your trash every single Wednesday. Been here 6 months and have had to stay in a hotel on 4 separate occasions because it was 85 degrees in the house. The corporate owned apartments are now being rented out on Airbnb to random groups of people who are disposing of their drug paraphernalia on the street outside the condos. The manager of this… place has no clue what she is doing. It's an awful place. Stay away. 1 star is too many

Terrible Management Practices

I moved out 3 months ago, they are now sending a collection agency behind me because they failed to manage my move out request. At this point it's clear to me they are running a scam to try to get me to pay some money (I was always on time with my rent and paid everything I was owed) the apartment had issues with Water Leaks, Multiple Mice Infestations (I had to block the chimney to avoid them from coming in during the winter months ) and I had to get at least 10 Mice out. In addition to this,… people do not pick up after their dogs. it's impossible to have a walk with your dogs without trying to avoid them stepping on someone else dog poop.

I would not live in this place even if they offered to pay me for it.

Fairway At Southpointe

I just moved back to the city after living in VA for 5 years. I looked at different apartments before deciding on the Fairway. I am happy to say that I am pleased with my choice. The surroundings have a country flavor with a lot of greenery. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Access to stores and restaurants is about 3 miles away. The property management is responsive and more than willing to address any issues. I think this is a great option to hang your hat.
