Carlisle Park Apartments

I lived at the Carlisle Park Apartments, formally College Park Apartments during two intervals over the last 15 or so years. Once time for about a year and the second time for many years (5-6 years I think). Recently the ownership did change hands and the owners immediately went to work to make improvements to the location. The staff was very friendly and understanding in my opinion. They took time with me and listened, truly listened to any issues I was trying to address. Property Manager… Bernadette and her staff were always very friendly and professional in our dealings. The maintenance gentlemen were great as well. One of my favorite things about Carlisle Park was the location. Close enough that I could walk my daughter to kindergarten when I first lived there and close enough that my daughters could later walk themselves to school during their Middle & High School years. The location is definitely multicultural with a variety of ethnic groups living there but I never sensed any sort of cultural clashes. I met some incredible people including my next door neighbors who I miss greatly since moving. The question is always - would I return to live there if things headed in that direction? Absolutely.
