This place sucks

I am a current resident and my life has been miserable since moving in. The Maintenance staff is incompetent and the manager is ignorant. I got a noise violation for stomping…. I live on the first floor

Great value and perfect location

Located within walking distance from Walmart, CVS and other important retailors, Elwood Garden is really a great value. Also, the library is about 10 minutes away. Three different kinds of apartments. I like that the water, maintenance and heating are all included. You only pay for electricity. The resident manager is really awesome and very helpful. I've been living here for more than 2 years.
