We are so sorry to hear about the many frustrating issues you've experienced during your nearly two years with us at Arrive Chadds Ford. It's disheartening to read that what should be a comfortable living experience has been overshadowed… by ongoing concerns. We understand how disruptive constant noise from traffic, trucks, and motorcycles can be, and we regret that this impacts your ability to rest and enjoy your home. The concerns you've raised about noise within the building, including hallway activity, upstairs thumping, and smoke infiltration, are also taken very seriously. We are actively looking into ways to address these internal noise and odor issues to improve the tranquility of your living space.

The problems you've described with the package room, including theft and the presence of spoiled deliveries, are unacceptable, and we are implementing stricter protocols and working with our delivery partners to prevent this from happening. We are also reviewing our trash collection procedures to ensure consistency and are addressing the issue of litter in common areas. The chaotic parking situation, especially at night, is a concern we are actively working to improve.

We're disappointed to hear about the limitations in the fitness center and the amenity. We're exploring options to enhance our fitness offerings. Regarding your in-unit concerns, the lack of hot water, appliance performance, unusual water smells, and plumbing issues are not up to our standards, and we want to investigate these specifically. The creaking bathtub, slow drains, and poorly installed fixtures are also noted and will be addressed. We're also making a note of the insufficient kitchen outlets.

We understand that the apartment layout and natural light limitations can affect the ambiance of your home. We're looking into solutions for drafty doors and are also aware of the feedback regarding the pool and dog park. We are reviewing our maintenance inspection schedule to minimize inconvenience.
