Recently celebrated my 23-year anniversary here after moving from North Wilmington. Overall my experience has been very positive. My neighbors have changed a lot through the years, naturally some are better than others. You're always going to have a few who are inconsiderate but that's to be expected.

My apartment has everything I need as far as appliances, closet and storage space, and is convenient to where I shop and my medical providers and parking has never been a problem for me.

It’s quiet, and conveniently located, there are plenty of shopping ( grocery,shoes, clothing), and restaurants.the rent is alittle pricey but it’s worth it.

I loke how the staff is taking time to get to know the residents by having events such as a meet and greet and wine down Wednesday. These give everyone a chance meet staff and neighbors but also a chance to talk and share things with each other.
