Do Not Waste Your Energy

I rent a three bedroom townhouse in this rental community. The rooms are large and the rentals are well kept. This renter allows large dogs with a pet deposit. It is very hard to find a rental that allows my furry friends. Water, sewer, lawn care, maintenance, and trash are included in rent. You pay electric and it is central air/hear pump. Heating costs have been up for the last two years due to the extremely cold winters. I dislike the draftiness downstairs in the winter due to poor insulation... but this is common in these type of houses. We bought electric blankets for upstairs and a space heater for the living room so I didn't fatigue the heat pump last winter. There is no basement and no attic so storage is limited. We put large items in a storage unit five minutes away from the community. There is a large walk in storage space underneath the upstairs staircase. Very peaceful area and you can see the nearest elementary school from the community. The area is in Chambersburg School District. Families with young children may find that helpful.
