Regency Commons is a 42 unit affordable senior housing community located along S. 5th Avenue entering the heart of Clarion. This quaint Borough is a welcoming community that has a strong sense of place with specialty... shops, locally owned restaurants, and Clarion University Campus lining downtown Main Street. The design of Regency Commons reflects the character of the neighborhood and takes its inspiration from prominent buildings around town with gathering spaces both inside and out, and a wealth of amenities to support today's seniors active lifestyles!

The ground floor common area amenities include a covered entry porch and mail pick-up area, fireside lounge with coffee station, management and supportive services offices, pet washing station, fitness and yoga room.

The first floor common area amenities include a gracious community room with a kitchen connected to the vestibule and front porch facing South 5th Avenue. Across from the community room is the the Hudson Companies' signature Innovation Center and library with Smart Classroom technology, designed to enhance the learning opportunities for community residents. Behind the elevator lobby is the first of three tenant laundry rooms.

The second floor common area consists of a multi-purpose activity room and behind the elevator lobby is the second tenant laundry room.
