Great complex, friendly staff, awesome location, and decent pricing. Finding a parking spot after 5-6pm can be tough most days, however there is a parking garage

Community is nice and kept up for the most part. They provide nice events for the residents. However I’ve had an issue with water and sewage bills since I moved here and trying to get assistance from front office to rectify is almost impossible. They will call and say if you don’t pay they are getting an attorney involved however when I ask for clarity or help understanding the bill they tell me to call the vendor. If the apartment works in tandem with the water vendor they should be able to... help.

Definitely a very affordable place. We’ve had very little issues with our actual apartment. I would say the only issue that we’ve had was we’ve had some minor maintenance issues but other than that an overall a solid place to live.

Management has been a revolving door of one bad team after another. Tons of drama with current management, a few members of the front office quit in a very public way and blasted management on Facebook. Plenty of noise complaints, dogs barking, domestic issues. Quality of tenants is just very poor for the rent you pay here. Pool gets overrun in the summer by people who don’t live here having big family cookouts. There’s massive potholes behind the 4000 and 2000 buildings that haven’t been fixed... in years. Only saving grace is the maintenance team is very nice and respectful and handles any issues pretty urgently. We’ve had mostly minor issues with the apartment itself but overall as a community it could be a lot better.
