My son was on an internship and needed a short term lease. We live in California and it was very difficult to find an apartment from so far away. Most properties were not responsive or could not accommodate his short term stay. Austin responded to our inquiry right away and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They responded very quickly and made an out of state move in easy from the application to the move in. Sharon Park also offered flexible lease options to accommodate our new job. The apartment was freshly painted and incredibly clean. Great experience all around!

I notice this about most apartment in moon area, they customer service is poor it’s been months since I been trying to contact them and not getting anyone

I recently moved out of there and never had any true problems during my time there. The parking can get a little tight so if you have a large vehicle might have to park elsewhere. The neighbors were friendly and everything was comfortable.

Come by cab or walk...no parking spaces left
Bring plenty of mouse traps
Bring a good set of ear muffs to drown out the noise from the apartment above you and make sure you secure your pictures on the wall when the people upstairs start stampeding(kids do that and scream)
If you work a midnight shift you will never get and sleep here
Be sure to call the Fire Marshall if smoke detectors go off in boiler rooms for more than 3 days in a row because management does not consider that an emergency and... will not investigate
