our apartment at first look was a nice apartment out in the country unill we moved in at night when we go to bed we can hear the rodents in the walls and ceiling, they refuse to payfor pest control even after our cat killed 3 rats in the apartment. From october 2014 to about March 2015 we and 6 other apartment did not have a flushing toilet had to go outside in the snow to vacant apartment and share bathroom with them. lastly just had our bedrooms flooded would not address it till a month later... it took them almost 3weeks to finshed at which time we had to stay else where while they gutted the bedrooms. Now they refuse to give rent reduction for the time we could not live there insisting that me, my husband, and 3year old should of stay in living room whinch was not possible with all the furniture from both bedrooms in it.
