I would not recommend renting anything from this property. They were super helpful and friendly up front. Then in my first two weeks of owning the place my apartment flooded and matinence neglected to correct or mediate the issues. Now everything I own has been covered in a layer of every kind of mold imaginable. I have talked with the neighbors about this and they have all said they experienced a similar chronic mold issue reguardless of flooding. For this price you can get an apartment that is double the size and better maintained. Half the people right now are without AC and it’s 100 degrees outside. The apartments are all damp, moldy and bug infested, and because they let the playground turn into a dump the kids are sitting right by apartment windows yelling and vandalizing property. I paid $250 to have someone removed from my lease, come to find they never removed her and sent her information about moving out. If I could give this place a 0 Star review, I would. Complete disrespect to their residents, and former residents. I should've read the reviews prior to moving in, but giving the benefit of the doubt, I've lost my security deposit of $900 and and over $1000 in collections without even a notice or an explanation. They will not speak with me when I call. Very overpriced apartments and not worth the hassle you'll receive. STAY AWAY

Dovertowne Appts. claim to be pet friendly but they fine you if your dog even barks. I think in the not even a year we lived here we had to pay about $500 in fines alone for our dog barking and for pet waste that was not ours being that we were not here when our unfriendly neighbor reported us for not cleaning up our waste. They fine people based on one persons word and no proof. Not to mention there is a large amount of mold in the apartments and their fix is to tell us to wipe it up with... bleach and it will be fine. My allergies have never been so bad in my life. Belive me I'm a clean freak so its not my housekeeping many of our neighbors complain about mold as well.
