After living at Washington Court, I can honestly say it's been one of the better apartment experiences I've had. The thing that stands out most is how responsive and professional the staff is. They are approachable, easy to work with, and always willing to help when needed.

I also appreciate how peaceful the community is. It's a comfortable place to come home to after a long day, and the neighbors have been friendly and respectful. The property is well cared for, and you can tell the team takes... pride in keeping everything looking its best.

I applied, their third party software kept incorrectly reporting my income. Had to jump through hoops and send them tons of documents and they still rejected me after making me wait almost a month for a response, I would call every day waiting until just before the offices closed and no one would contact me first. Management was rude and superficial. They genuinely don’t care about the people who are looking for a home. They dont allow co-signers either, and slide the price of the base rent... depending on when you want to move in. Full of bugs,cockroaches , and mosquitoes.
Manager can't communicate, very rude and services are poor.
There are better apartment in easton to rent with low rent and offers the best (recommend the manor). Rent is not worth it.
Packages are stolen
Very old apartment and amenities are old too.
Please take your money somewhere else.
