Hi everyone, we’re Bayit Edinboro. “Bayit” means home in Hebrew and that’s what we promise to provide our tenants. We offer both residential and student housing. Our residential apartments have private spacious kitchens (G.E. appliances, ample... cabinet storage, and ceramic tile), living rooms and bedrooms. We offer one, two and three bedroom options for residential leases. We also have on-site management and maintenance in addition to 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let us tell you a little of what we have done in the past few months—and what we plan to in the near future—to improve the property for our residents:

• We've installed brand new GE washers and dryers in our on-site laundromat. The machines have card and app payment options, as well as coin payments. The machines can conveniently send you a text message when your laundry is complete.
• We’ve rolled out a resident portal, allowing free and easy online payments, simple and efficient maintenance requests, and easy access to signed agreements including the lease, addendums and much more.
• We have a completely renovated building with brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful vinyl flooring, and an open concept.
• We are working on more renovation projects and plans for more renovations in the future.
• We have begun installing new smart locks which will add convenience and avoid any accidental lock-outs.
• For prospective tenants who are busy, we offer video tours of our available apartments/townhouses.
• We built a brand new children's playground on the property, as we continue to look for additional ways to improve the property.

For our student tenants: We’re currently leasing for Fall 2025 year starting at $3,497 per person with utilities / internet / furniture included (some options vary). We are the closest housing to campus and offer fully furnished, high quality, affordable, off-campus student apartments located directly across from PennWest University (Edinboro).

We have One and Two bedroom apartments & Three and Four bedroom townhomes with private spacious kitchens (G.E. appliances, ample cabinet storage, dining set and ceramic tile), living room, and bedrooms. We also have on-site management & maintenance (24/7) & work with all Financial Aid and Special Payment Programs. We've upgraded the student experience (in addition to all the above) with:

• High-speed wi-fi with individual routers for each unit are available
• Digital locks have been installed across the property and we continue to install additional ones. This means no more lost keys and this allows tenants to give a code for friends and guests to enter remotely.
• New BBQ and picnic area to have a nice outdoor space for all of our tenants! We look forward to continuing to serve our community.
