This building, originally home to the A.S. Kreider Shoe Factory, has been a Central Pennsylvania landmark since the turn of the 20th century. Today, Peach Alley Court is a proud landmark flourishing as a luxury apartment community. It's close to all... the comforts and conveniences of Elizabethtown and close to the extensive business, entertainment, recreational and shopping attractions of Hershey, Harrisburg and Lancaster... as close to perfection as you'll find in central Pennsylvania! Peach Alley Court apartments feature 11 foot high ceilings and oversized windows for bright, airy living spaces. Features include exposed timber ceilings and columns, plentiful parking, professional property management and 24-hour maintenance. As an added attraction, you'll marvel at how we've preserved the inner sanctum of the complex by creating a lushly landscaped interior courtyard and a series of pavilions to appeal to your more peaceful moments.

I'm new to Elizabethtown and grateful to have found Peach Alley Court. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. Dawn has been a joy to rent from and very helpful with every little thing I needed along the way. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. The location in town is great, too. From the beautiful apartments, kind staff, and great location - you can't beat it!

Dawn the building manager is the best one I ever had. Hands down she will rush to your needs 24/7. I had a 6-month lease which was priced fairly. The only con I can think of is the Maintenence staff takes awhile to respond to a work order request. The gym is nothing special and very small FYI.

I used to live in these apartments and had an absolutely horrible experience. The building is outdated, and heat costs a fortune in the winter due to the window drafts/ ac costs a fortune in the summer. Smoking is supposed to be away from entry ways, but this rule is not enforced and all butt containers are near entryways. The dumpster area is an eye sore as there frequently old furniture, Christmas trees, and overflowing garbage in the area. Not only was this a health issue (as one time there... was used tampons on the ground) but also a perfect place for rodents. There was frequent maintenance concerns, which typically were addressed sub-par or not the same business day. Once a resident even passed on the ground level and wasnt discovered until the smell peaked interest. The high ceilings, old rustic look, and location make this property appealing, but the negative aspects outweigh the positive substantially. I moved out about 2 years ago, and thankfully so. I would never rent here again.
