Cheapest apartment living by far
These apartments are the cheapest apartments by far in the surrounding area (and trust me, I have looked). These apartments come in one and two bedroom. They all have a washer AND dryer IN UNIT! Yes, you read that correctly. They also have a dishwasher in the kitchen, wall to wall carpet, ceiling fans, window blinds and air conditioner units. No central air but between the air conditioning units and ceiling fans, things get pretty cool. Units are heated by electric baseboard heaters and they can... get pretty warm. A few years back, they updated and added more insulation so things are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. And let us not forget the 24 hour maintenance. They always come in a timely matter and are very deft at fixing the problem. Apartments also have a pool. Very nice. Close and within walking distance of a local shopping plaza (Summerdale Plaza that includes a Kmart, Rite Aid, McDonald's, Dollar Tree, nail salon, hair salon and so much more).
