Nice place to live.
I've lived in Shadow Pines for almost 2 years and just signed another 1 year lease. My 1 br is the perfect size for me.
The HVAC is efficient and my utility bills are very low. Water, sewer and trash is included with rent.
The landscaping company they use is on point. They spend a significant amount of time here during warm weather months and the place always looks beautiful. They really shine during our frequent heavy snow events. They have serious earthmoving equipment and get the job done… soon after a snowfall. I've never had problems coming or going from my place.
Housekeeping maintains the common areas and keeps everything immaculate.
Maintenance is responsive and effective although I've never needed maintenence for my apartment- just a small common area issue.
The rental office is great to work with. Renting/renewal is done online and effortless. Same with rent payments and maintenance requests.
Maleno does a great job managing the property and I couldn't ask for more. I plan to remain here for foreseeable future.Review from Apartments.com
