Very Unprofessional…Don’t trust them!

I had an appointment at 1:30 on 01/02/2022 for a tour of the 2br/2ba model as one was available mid-March. While getting ready to leave for my appointment I received a text from Aubrey stating they just rented the upcoming vacant apartment right out from under me. This is from a company who texted me THREE times the day before and day of the scheduled walkthrough to ensure I would be there. Not a hint of them showing the apartment to another interested prospective tenant. Totally unprofessional… and lacking human decency. If they treat prospective tenants this way imagine how they treat you once you are locked into contract. Pause and think about that prior to applying.

Know what you're spending

This place is very nice. Just realize that you will have to pay for your own utilities on top of your monthly rent. Electric and Gas.

although WiFi and the laundry usage is included in the rent.

Live here if you’re moving to Erie!

I’m a LECOM medical student and I’ve been living at the Hammocks for almost a year and it has been the best apartment I’ve lived in so far in my 20’s. Everything is super new, clean, and spacious and the amenities are great. Love the clubhouse, pool, fire pit...so many great perks of living here. Also the staff is super responsive and will do everything they can to assist you and in a timely manner. And I love that they allow pets!

Amazing place to live!

I have lived at the Hammocks for one year now and I am so impressed by everything about this complex! The staff is very accomidating and will answer any questions that are asked in a timely manor. The apartments are beautifully set up and very modern. Onsite pool, movie theater, gym, and community center are perfect for gatherings and just a relaxing afternoon. The Hammocks are located 5 minutes from the local mall, grocery stores, and restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. The Hammocks have… truly been an amazing experience for me. I am currently a PA student at Mercyhurst and the atmosphere is perfect for studying. I would highly recommend these apartments as a place to live for both families and young adults.
