Exceptional. It’s funny, alway feel like I’m on vacation living at Summerhill. Still shocked at how quiet it is. Our pooch loves all his pup friends and I never hear dogs barking which is great:) truly appreciate the staff. Happy to call this home!

Love living at summerhill with the resident amenities and planned community activities. This spring there has been less lawn care around the community compared to last year though, leaving our back yard kind of jungle-y.
