The Flats on 100

Living at The Flats at 100 is such a great experience. The apartment hits that perfect balance of cozy and spacious — it feels warm and homey, but still modern and elevated. The amenities are fantastic, and the little touches, like the fresh fruit waiting in the bowl when I moved in, made the space feel instantly welcoming.

The Flats are amazing apartments, they check every box. They have nice interior, a nice, indoor amenity level, and outdoor areas as well. It is walkable to multiple shopping centers, as well as a park and many restaurants. My dog and I love the apartment and area a ton, as both are pet friendly!

We were looking for a short-term lease (around 8 months to a year) when we toured The Flatts on 100, and it immediately stood out. The apartments feature state-of-the-art appliances and are designed with comfort in mind. Everything felt modern, clean, new and very well maintained.
The community also feels very safe and is perfectly located within walking distance of just about anything you might need—shopping, dining, and everyday essentials.

This is a very nice place. Everything is new and modern. The owner, Dave, works around the clock to make sure everyone has a positive experience. He’s very easy to deal with and goes out of his way to make things easier for you.
