The management and maintenance teams are helpful, responsive, and make sure that any issues are addressed quickly. Neighbors are friendly, and there is a pleasant community atmosphere throughout the building. Overall, this apartment complex is a fantastic place to call home.

Overall, I had a great experience living here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make my unfurnished unit furnished and even ordered a new large desk for me when I requested one, which really helped with my work and studies. The maintenance team is responsive and takes care of issues promptly and effectively. I truly appreciate their effort throughout my stay.

My name is Harold. I've been living at Colonial Point Apartments for over a year now. I finally have a nice, clean, comfortable place to relax and do some great cooking and baking! My apartment is very easy to clean and maintain. Only a couple of minor problems such as the dishwasher and garbage disposal but they were resolved within a reasonable timeframe by the maintenance staff.
It's been easy enough to get back and forth to work in New Jersey living right off Route 1. The... landscaping here is excellent. Beautiful flowers and perfectly trimmed bushes. Also the property managers here are very compassionate and understanding when it comes to the needs of the people who live here. I look forward to spending many more years here!

The location was excellent for all the places we traveled to frequently with easy access to Route 1. Staff was helpful, and maintenance requests were usually handled promptly and effectively. The price was competitive for the renting market in the area, and we felt like we got all that we needed for what we paid.
