Residence at Hanover Shoe
2 Level apartment. 2 bedroom 1 bath. High cathedral ceilings. Tons of natural light. A view of Hanover from the 5th floor. Huge closets in each room with 2 closets in the the living room. Dishwasher stove and refrigerator included. Building is secure. Multiple cameras throughout the building. Building is always locked. HID pass at the entrance for entry. Residents are able to see who is calling up for entry from camera system by changing the TV channel to the designated channel. Laundry facility... is in the building as well as a community guy room that is available for rent for a nominal fee. The buildings offer many different floor plan lay outs. Also you can choose from 1-3 bedroom apartments.

hanover shoe bulding
II love my apartment. My children & I have been here for 7 1/2 years. They have a lot of room. 70 units. 15 foot ceilings. Studio windows like New York . We have a lot of friends here. I do volunteer work for the bldg. They let me decorate. For Halloween 80 hrs. . I do toys for tots and Santa Claus for the bldg. They look so forward to it. They are awesome here. ??

these apartments are over priced.
They are very nice apartments as far as looking at them, but as for maintenance, they are slow at fixing things, and they are very strict with the lease. TV too loud, someone will complain. People leave their laundry in the washers and dryers for hours at a time. Kids run through the halls and sometimes parents too. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.
