Where to start? The management company has changed 3 times in the 1 year that I lived here. Elevators either don’t work at all or only 1 is functioning. Fire alarm goes off for no reason so if you’re in any real danger you would never know. There is NO PARKING and parking out front or in the area in general you have to pay $4 per hour. Maintenance will be very slow and take a few days to a week to service you! No real living room or dining area. It is not a good place to rent from. I have a leak in my bathroom sink and was told to put a bucket under the sink so that the vanity / wood under is not damaged until someone can come out to fix it ( its been more then a week) I have no rods in my closet to hang up clothes was told Closets don't have rods anymore) . The good thing about this place is the location. No direct elevator to the basement for laundry. and the elevators sometimes stop working. so you have to use the stairs.
