Used to be nice...
I have lived here for three years and this will be my last year. I don't really want to move, but this complex has really gone to pot. Maintenance takes weeks to respond if they even show up at all! The areas around to dumpsters are covered in garbage and it blows all over the place and there is discarded furniture everywhere. The groundskeeper does a good job, but what is the use of nice flowers outside your door when your apartment is falling apart inside?! They have started to rent to… some questionable people as well and people who own dogs and not only do not pick up after them, but let them run loose. The breed restriction is lie, I have seen both pit bulls and Rottweilers. It is too bad because with the large balconies and generally good floor plans, these apartments could be really nice. Look elsewhere: for the price you pay here you can find something else, probably with a pool, tennis court or even a playground or gym-Village Knoll has none of these things!!
