Unprofessional

After scheduling a tour days in advance & arriving at the complex for my appointment I was received with a confused reception & a reluctant “tour” through what is said to be the property manager’s apartment… once I found it.

Undeterred by this awkward and puzzling experience, I submitted my application & fee. I then received very little information back, followed by a complete disconnect of communication after multiple attempts at reaching out. Don’t waste your energy.

Horrible Management and Leasing

The property manager invited us to his messy apartement to a showing we scheduled earlier in the week. We did not have good instructions to enter the building and it smelled of cigarettes. After the viewing, the leasing company called to inform us the apartment that was supposed to be shown was unavailable. After calling them back to express some grievances, they hung up on us. Don't waste your time or money.

Dont let them waste your time

It took a week and a half to go through EVERY single document that they wanted, because they asked for ONE document a day. Not to mention the fact we told them about our pet and come to learn that the apartment they were trying to lease to us was in a building that didn't allow pets, which should've been stated in the first place anyways? Don't bother wasting your credit score or your money on the fees.
