    This place has a serious roach problem

    This place has a serious roach problem. When I moved out, they charged me a $550 roach extermination fee. Even though I provided receipts showing that I had purchased roach-control products during my first month of living there, which showed that the roach problem already existed when I first moved in, they still refused to refund the charge because they said I had not formally reported the issue.

    I paid an $1,800 security deposit and ended up getting only about $100 back. In my experience,    … they impose excessive move-out charges.

    Roaches can get into your apartment through gaps around the doors and through the vents. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.
