nice place to rent, very nice office people . they fix anything that breaks and free gas heat

pleasent place to live,heat,trash, pool all encluded in rent.

The location is extremely central, you're right off the highway so it's a quick commute to the outlets, the mall, grocery stores, and it's also just a short drive into the city to lots of restaurants / night life. The complex is well maintained and the staff is very polite and accommodating. For residents with good credit they only charge $100 security deposit too, which was really nice! There's usually always plenty of parking, a nice sized community pool and a quaint walking trail through... the woods. Typically can't hear neighbors through the walls, unlike some places I have lived. Haven't needed maintenance often, but when we have needed them, they are very quick to respond, very accommodating to our schedule and always get things fixed right. We wish we would have gotten one of the units on the side that doesn't get direct sun first thing in the morning, but that's nothing that curtains can't fix :) Very happy that we were able to get into Sunnybrook, would recommend to anyone!!
