You can find a better place in Lansdowne easily.
This is one of the worst apartment buildings I’ve ever lived in, the neighbors are violent, doors and locks are broken, light fixtures hang from ceilings, electrical issues cause frequent power outages, and roaches infest almost every apartment. Run from this place.
