Exceptional property

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my parent's time as residents of Royal Worthington. The complex provided them with so much more than just a spectacularly clean and comfortable accommodation. The location is exceptional because of the proximity to many services and necessities. In addition to the space and location was the warmth and care that the staff exhibited. Stephanie and Bill come to the forefront in terms of their attentiveness to my parent's needs. The combination… of comfortable accommodations, an exceptional staff and a lively social community add up to a five star property review. Thank you Royal Worthington for always exceeding our expectations.

Royal Worthington - 10+ years

I have lived here for ten years, and it has truly been a wonderful place to call home. The location makes it easy to get around, and the staff goes above and beyond—not only keeping the property in great shape but also genuinely caring about the people who live here. Any issues with the apartment are handled right away, which gives real peace of mind.

Throughout the year, there are community gatherings that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. It’s a solid, dependable, and… welcoming place to live, and I’m grateful to be part of this community.

Great place to call home!

Living at the Royal Worthington was indeed a pleasurable experience; everything from the phenomenal gym, to the pool in the summer months; not to mention the movie theater, and the events that management hosts for the tenants. I really enjoyed my neighbors who became like family; the vibe was always positive. Never any disturbances from my neighbors on either side; though I will admit to having to speak with management with regard to my neighbor above; management took care of it immediately. If… you're a dog lover of varying sizes and breeds, then the Royal Worthington will be your happy place. Management is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING; always an open door policy. Walkability is important, and being able to walk to Wegmans, Target, Aldi and the various other restaurants, salons/barbershops made life much easier. Shout out to Jamie, Stephanie and Bill for exemplifying what it means to run an organization well. I would HIGHLY recommend it; you won't regret your decision!!!

AMAZING STAFF, AMENITIES, & BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!

I wish I could give them a million stars!! ...
I just moved in on 8/1/24 & I am so happy I did! Jaime & Tim do their very best to make you feel welcome in so many ways from the very start, even while they give you the tour & will answer all of your questions promptly. The building is always sparkling clean with the amazing custodian staff & there is also housekeeping available .Will & Kevin are wonderful responding to all of the maintenence requests as well. The amenities are endless! I love… that it is a non-smoking property & also has quiet hours. If you are looking for a place to truly call home, this is it!

Best place to stay in Malvern PA

Great Location, Chester Valley Trail, luxury amenities like pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, Wi-Fi, breakfast, dedicated bike and car garage and most important is fantastic people living around you, make this property lovely. Plenty of parking space, friendly management team specially Lindsay and Brittany make sure you get superb stay at this property. They arrange exciting activities and events every month that really helps finding new friends and getting social with your neighbours. Shawn, Sarah… , and Rod are very quick to handle any request and go above and beyond to take care of your needs. We have been staying here for more than a year and everyday feels new and exciting. Highly recommended property in Malvern PA.
