    Everything is Old and Should be Replaced

    Everything except the carpet is so old and Shabby. Could break at anytime. Common areas NEVER cleaned. Management fixes things, but only if they aren't that costly . My AC doesn't work well, and I was told by HVAC tech it needs replaced. Management refuses even though it won't cool down on a day over 85 degrees. Had to buy my own dryer-theirs did not work well to dry anything and it made noise all the time. I call the place the House of Cards-ready to fall at any moment!
