Connect55+ Meadville Senior Living 55+

I have lived at Connect 55+ in Meadville pa for one year. What a difference a year makes in my life. It has brought a whole new meaning to the word Senior. If one is lonely here it's by choice. Being widowed, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren really not needing me much anymore I felt isolated and lost. I love them more than life itself but they have lives to live. Believe me with my son's love and support I moved here pretty much resigned to being old. Was I ever wrong!!! ... Connect 55 is awesome. Management and maintenance go over and above for us. How blessed I am to call it home having wonderful caring friends but also having the respect and boundaries of all who live here. Wonderful activities and parties for anyone to participate. I have lived at Connect55+ for about 6 months and I love it here. Location is close to stores, groceries, gas, churches, movies, college activities and many restaurants, as well as being on the local public transportation route. Building has many amenities, Look at the brochure!! The community room is a gathering place for activities provided by the staff, as well as activities planned by the tenants. I have access to exercise equipment, a beauty salon, a library with a fireplace and many more... goodies that I didn't have while living in my home. Their are several apartment sizes to choose from and each has a washer/dryer and all kitchen appliances as well as large closets for storage. The building has a secure entry system and the ample parking area is well lighted. I can even rent a garage and bring my small animal if I choose. This is a beautiful place to live.
