stay away
first consider the 30 page lease agreement - read carefully. I've lived in apts all over the country and have not seen anything so ridiculous.
They consistently hike the rent cost year over year. The windows and the doors to my place freely allow air to come in, very expensive to heat in the winter.
Your water bill will be based on the usage of the entire building. So you get to pay for all of the apts where someone's BF or GF just happen to be staying and not on the lease.
